Stanley G. Schwarz, Founder & CEO
Stan Schwarz is the founder and owner of PassTime. Stan received his undergraduate degree from Oakland University and a master’s degree in design from Ball State University. He has been entrenched in the auto industry since 1990 when he and his partner Jeffrey (Jake) Frank started Gordon * Howard Associates, Inc. Today Gordon * Howard Associates (PassTime), develops, designs and manufactures consumer electronics for the automotive industry. They have focused their work on servicing automotive dealerships and finance companies for nearly twenty years.

Jeffrey H. Frank, Founder & EVP
Jeffrey (Jake) Frank is the founder and owner of PassTime. Jake received a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a master's degree from the University of Virginia. He has worked in the auto industry since 1990 when he and his partner, Stan Schwarz, founded Gordon * Howard Associates, Inc. which has been developing products for the automobile industry including PassTime since 1992. Today PassTime manufactures consumer electronics for the special finance sector of the automobile industry. They have focused their efforts on automobile dealerships and finance companies for nearly twenty years.

Michael Scapini, Chief Financial Officer
Michael V. Scapini is the Chief Financial Officer of Gordon * Howard Associates, Inc. Michael received his Bachelor of Accounting degree from Wayne State University. Michael is also owner of Scapini and Company, an accounting firm located in Michigan, since 1983.

Chris Macheca, Executive Vice President Of Operations
Chris Macheca completed his undergraduate studies at Regis University in 1997 with a degree in business administration while captaining the lacrosse team. He joined PassTime in 1998 and has been an integral part of the success ever since. During his career at PassTime, Chris has been involved in all areas including sales, development, IT, operations, and manufacturing and has managed all operations since 2003. He received his MBA in Operations from Regis University in 2007 graduating with honors.

Jerry Morgan, Executive Vice President Of Product Development
Jerry Morgan has been in the computer systems and software industry for over 30 years and is responsible for the leading company’s product development activities. Prior to joining PassTime, he served in numerous senior leadership roles with Transparence, Berkeley Software (BSDi), AT&T Labs Internet Platforms Organization, and the Santa Cruz Operation (SCO).  Jerry is the author and co-author of numerous awarded and pending patents in location-based services and incident response technologies.

Franco Chirico, Executive Vice President of Manufacturing
Franco has been part of the success of PassTime since the near beginning, joining the team 2003.  Franco brings more than a decade worth of electronic and component experience to the team as was an integral part of the company’s initial wireless development projects. During his tenure, Franco has been involved in product design and development, purchasing, and quality assurance.  Currently, Franco oversees all manufacturing operations.

Managing the Fleet Finance and Telematics Division is:

Peter Fowler, President, PassTime Fleet Finance and Telematics
Peter joined PassTime in May 2013 and has been instrumental in establishing PassTime's fleet division.  Prior to PassTime, Peter served as the Executive Global Head of Sales for Gemalto M2M until Feb 2013. Mr. Peter Fowler also served as Regional President of Americas at Cinterion Wireless Modules GmbH and oversaw operations since the business unit launched in 2002. He has 20 years of technology industry management experience. Prior to Cinterion, he held a series of increasingly expansive assignments including overseeing the distribution of cellular data products for the America's Region of Sierra Wireless, National Sales Manager for the Panasonic Computer Equipment Division, and various management roles at a 3M and Harris Corporation joint venture.
